FAQ Online inquiries and online ordering
Simple, unsupervised grounding solutions can be directly ordered in our online shop. For all other products, please submit your inquiry via the inquiry list.
Direct orders are currently available to German customers only. But you can make an online inquiry and submit it. We will then forward it to our sales partner in your country. They will get in contact with you shortly afterwards.
No, you don’t have to create an account to make an inquiry. You just have to fill in the contact information in the form at the inquiry list and submit it. We or our sales partner will then send you an official offer.
When you add products to the inquiry list and submit it, we will make you an official offer for the inquired products. Then you can send us an official order through your procurement system based on our offer. Therefore, the inquiry list is especially suitable for uncomplicated and fast pricing information and budgetary offers.
At this moment, it is not possible to place a direct order on our homepage for customers from abroad. However, we will forward your inquiry directly to our sales partner in your country. Just send us your inquiry via the inquiry list, e-mail or telephone and the appropriate sales partner will get in contact with you.
To add products to the inquiry list, you first have to navigate to the page of the product you want to add. Then you can choose the variant and amount of the product by using the menus on the right side of the product picture. By clicking the green button “Add to inquiry”, you can add the product to your inquiry list.
If you need different products, just repeat these steps until you have added every product you want to inquire.
Once you have added all the products you need to the inquiry list, you can navigate to the last step via the green button “Inquiry list” in the header section of the website. Then you just have to fill out the information in the inquiry form and click on “Send your request” to submit your inquiry. Afterwards, you will receive an email that confirms your inquiry.

Our standard delivery times are listed for each product in the online shop. In case a different delivery time is required, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team.
